CANTON, Ohio — 

Mayor William Healy and Canton Police Chief Dean McKimm announced Wednesday that a citizen tip has led to the arrest of Carl Lee Bonner, wanted as a suspect for aggravated burglary and domestic violence offenses.  The arrest, the first after the launch of the Canton’s Most Wanted program, came within 24 hours of the program’s inception.
