The mission of the Community Development Rehabilitation Division is to strengthen the quality of life and safety for the residence of Canton, Ohio, by maintaining viable neighborhoods through housing rehabilitation, neighborhood improvements, new housing construction and by creating affordable homeownership to low-to-moderate income homeowners not currently served by other housing providers.
