Passenger Air Travel

The Akron-Canton Regional Airport (CAK) is one of the fastest-growing airports in the country. In 2021, the airport reported the total passengers was 414,783. The low cost and efficiency of CAK gives local companies the freedom to conduct business around the country without having to worry about long lines and highly-priced fares. With $110 million in expansions being completed in the next few years, CAK will be positioned to offer more domestic and international flights than ever before.

Highway Transit

Canton is located at the intersection of two major highway systems - Interstate 77 and US 30 - connecting businesses to more than 50% of the nation's population in less than a day's travel. Rail Freight Service

Privately owned, the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway Company (W&LE) is the largest Ohio based railroad and among the largest regional railroads in the country. Their service area includes 840 miles of track in Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania nd Maryland.  It interchanges with three Class I carries plus has 16 regional, shortline carriers.  CSX, Norfolk Southern and a variety of other smaller railways can be used to connect Canton with major cities such as Akron, OH, Hagerstown, MD, Clairton, PA, Toledo, OH, Cleveland, OH, and many other cities.
