Service Requests

The City of Canton uses SeeClickFix as one way to allow users to report issues that the City needs to respond to.

Residents can click the "New Request" button, use the interactive Service Request Map to precisely pinpoint and describe the issue. The appropriate City of Canton staff will be alerted and a response coordinated to ensure satisfactory resolution during normal business hours. Residents may select an issue to indicate their agreement with the request, make additional comments, follow the issue, or share their concern with fellow residents.
