Ordinance 276/2022

Enter into a one (1) year contract with Huntington Insurance, Inc. on behalf of Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, for a total annual premium in an amount not to exceed $100,950.00 for $2 million of Cyber Insurance Coverage with a $150,000.00 deductible effective through January 31, 2024.

Ordinance 69/2022

Enter and execute a professional services contract with Michael Baker International, Inc. as approved by Council through Ordinance 69/2022 on March 28, 2022. The contract will be funded using $113,764.02 (95%) from Federal Bridge funds, and a 5% local match with $5,987.58 in Capital funds. The total planned cost of this contract is $119,751.60.

Ordinance 85/2021

Approve contract amendment to extend deadline to July 31, 2023. Ordinance No. 85/2021 authorized the Mayor and/or Director of Public Service, on behalf of the City of Canton, to enter into various contracts utilizing Cares Act CDBG-CV funding. The City entered into contract with EnRichMent to receive $17,153.38 to fund the Color Guard Program.

Ordinance 91/2021

Approve contract amendment to extend expenditure deadline to February 28, 2023. Ordinance No. 91/2021 authorized the Mayor and/or Director of Public Service, on behalf of the City of Canton, to enter into various contracts utilizing the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding. The City entered into contract with Domestic Violence Project, Inc. (DVPI) to receive $73,396 to assist with managing the program.

Ordinance 176/2022

Approve award amendment to increase the grant by $6,450 for a new total of $100,000. Ordinance No. 176/2022 authorized the Mayor and/or Director of Public Service, on behalf of the City of Canton, to enter into various contracts utilizing CDBG funding. The Board of Control approved the authorization to enter into a contract with Community Drop-In Center in the amount of $93,550 on September 6, 2022. The department of Community Development request your approval to increase the grant award to a total of $100,000. This project is currently not under contract.
