Welling of Welling Farms for an annual lease cost reduction in the amount of $7,882.08 for the Lease of 271.42 Acres of Land for Farming at the Sugar Creek Water Treatment Plant and Wellfield. This is due to the removal of approximately 38.82 acres of land that is located within a 300 ft. radius of the well field which is no longer farmable due to environmental constraints now prohibiting the use of herbicides or pesticides on said fields, resulting in a new annual lease amount of $47,219.92.

Enter into a Change Order for Year Four and Final of the Water Valve Assessment and Exercising Program with M. E. Simpson Co., Inc. for a cost reduction in the amount of $28,135.00, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $166,464.00.

Enter into Change Order No. 1 with Turf Alliance, LLC in the amount of $10,628.80 for the Willig Field Complex Upgrade Project due to the installation of an irrigation booster pump for outfield irrigation, resulting in a new contract amount of $2,310,628.80.
