Enter into Change Order No. 2 with Stanley Miller Construction Co. for the Centennial Plaza Restroom and Operations Support Facility in the amount of $913.25, resulting from several non-performance item credits and the addition of several door security accesses, resulting in a new contract amount of $1,663,713.25.

Award and enter into a one-year contract, with an option of two (2) additional one-year renewals at the sole discretion of the City of Canton, with A Cut Above Tree Service for as needed tree and stump removal.

Enter into contract with Q.B.S., Inc. in the amount of $266,551.32 for the Department of Motor Vehicles Shop Ventilation System Project pursuant to the design-build selection process per ORC 153, which complies with state competitive bidding requirements.
