Ordinance 69/2022

Enter into Change Order No. 1 with The Shelly Company for a net cost increase in the amount of $45,801.90 for the 30th St NW Sidewalk Rehabilitation Project, GP 1238.  The change alters the material of the conduit used for the underground crossings being installed for fiber optic cable, resulting in a new contract amount of $578,332.40.

Ordinance 87/2022

Enter into Change Order No. 3 with The Stanley Miller Construction Company for a cost increase in the amount of $11,434.97 for the 9th Street NE Salt Storage Facility Renovations - GP 1371.  The change is to remove trash discovered on site between the outside south wall and a retaining wall located on the inside of the building, resulting in a new contract amount of $2,195,711.11.
