Ordinance 2/2020

1. Enter into Change Order No. 1 with Northstar Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $95,980.00 for the 2020 Paving Program, GP1329 due to the need to rebuild the intersection at Berger St. and Quarry Dr., resulting in a new contract amount of $2,880,579.95.

Ordinance 81/2019

2. Enter into Change Order No. 5 with Dunlop & Johnston, Inc. in order to change the substantial completion date of the Centennial Plaza Project, GP1242 from August 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020 due to production impacts causing material availability delays caused by COVID-19.

3. Award and enter into contract with Eslich Wrecking Company for the sale of scrap metal no longer needed for municipal purposes for $58.00 per ton for the Street, Sanitation and DMV Departments.
