Enter into Change Order No. 1 with Northstar Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $47,606.00 for the 13th St. NW Reconstruction Project, GP1248, due to additional electrical work for a school beacon, pavement at the lift station, and adding ADA curb ramps, resulting in a new contract amount of $1,244,200.00.

Ordinance 69/2017

Enter into Change Order No. 2 & Final with Kokosing Industrial, Inc. for a cost reduction in the amount of $104,155.07 for the Sludge Processing Modifications Project, Contract 27, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $3,419,844.93.

Ordinance 77/2019

Enter into Change Order No. 1 & Final with Central Allied Enterprises, Inc. for a cost reduction in the amount of $2,161.16 for the Service Shop Site Improvements Project, in order to close out the project, resulting in a new contract amount of $639,213.59
