Ordinance 311.01 - 311.01 Placing Injurious Material or Obstruction in Street; Snow Removal prevents blowing or plowing of snow into a city street.

  • No person shall place any obstruction in or upon a street without proper authority (Ordinance 4511.74).
  • Snow removed from private or public parking lots shall not obstruct public sidewalks, streets, highways or alleys. Snow shall be contained within the parking lot and shall not be piled more than three feet high or so as to obstruct visibility.
  • Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
