Each cart comes with a full 10-year warranty for typical use. If a cart is lost or damaged for reasons outside of typical use, a $75.00 replacement fee will be charged.

When you call the Sanitation Department to request a cart, they will inform you when it will be delivered.
Generally, the wheeled cart should be placed at your normal collection site on the street adjacent to/touching the curb or the end of pavement adjacent to/touching the yard. If this is not possible because you live on a main road, narrow road, etc., please ensure that the cart is placed in a safe and secure location in the approximate location where your waste is typically set out. For example, the tree lawn, sidewalk, drive apron, etc.
The wheeled cart is already included in your current Sanitation bill. There is no separate charge.
Yes. We do ask that residents first use the provided cart. Trash in excess of the provided cart may then be set out as was done typically prior to the wheeled cart implementation. Additionally, we still collect up to two (2) large items per week.
We do ask that all residents use the wheeled cart. This will help reduce workplace injuries and contain trash. If a resident is unable to use the cart due to extenuating circumstances, he or she may contact the Sanitation Department at 330-489-3020 to request an exemption.
Yes. Each wheeled cart has a serial number and is matched to the residence.
No. Please continue to use the provided blue carts for recycling.
